Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Theory instructor to teach the Vocational Nursing program upon BVNPT approval.
Qualifications:
Must be an LVN with an Associate Degree with at least 6 years’ experience, or be an LVN with a baccalaureate degree with at least 2 years’ experience.
OR
Must be an RN with an Associate Degree with at least 2 years’ experience, or be an RN with a baccalaureate degree with at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide instruction to the vocational nursing students.
- Adherence to applicable accreditation commission standards and agency regulations, school policies and procedures, and the school’s curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and grades and advise students throughout the program.
- Attend orientations, staff meetings, and faculty meetings, as scheduled.
Hours of instruction:
Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Day Classes) or Monday through Thursday 5:30PM to 10:30PM (Night Classes)
The position’s hours and days could change depending on the program’s needs or the facility’s scheduling changes.
